5.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon execution of our Patient Agreement and receipt of a deposit as agreed in writing. Specific terms regarding deposit amounts, payment schedules and cancellation will be communicated directly to you during the booking process.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set out in the Patient Agreement provided to you at the time of booking. These vary depending on the notice period given and the circumstances of cancellation. Please review these carefully before confirming your booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amari Medical Institute and its directors, officers, employees, medical staff and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any medical outcomes, whether positive or negative, arising from treatment (which are governed separately by your Patient Agreement and informed consent documentation)
